SPbCU Welcomes Students from Canada

This year, SPbCU is hosting students from different countries, among them are representatives from Canada.

Each of them has their own reason for studying in St. Petersburg, but, receiving Christian education in particular was a priority.

Brandon, Kevin, and Jo gladly shared their first impressions about their stay in St. Petersburg.

Brandon (on the left):  "Two years ago I heard about a program at SPbCU and immediately applied for it. At the beginning of last year I heard that more were applying and I began to promote the program to my friends. I have always wanted to come to Russia, and as I have lived my  whole life in a small town, St. Petersburg appealed to me most."

Kevin (on the right): "I was interested in coming to Russia because I myself have Ukrainian roots. I always wanted to know more about the eastern-European culture, to compare to it to the West, and compare and contrast the ways of life. Most certainly I will go see the Hermitage museum. I really want to go to Moscow, to see the Red Square, and also learn Russian."

Jo (in the center): "I also have many connections with Russia. My great-grandmother is from here. I've had different expectation about what I'll see here. But, what I have seen has surpassed my expectations. I like the depth of Russian culture."
