Interview with Professor Anatoliy Pchelincev a Law Candidate
Anataliy, co-Chair of the Slavic Law center, is a lawyer and main editor of "Relgion and Law". He shared his reflections about the 13th International conference called "Russia in the 21st century: Freedom of Consciousness, Religion and Church" which was held at St. Petersburg Christian University.
According to Anatoliy, the conference was held at high standards. The top scholars, who represented the scholarly community of religious studies, and authoritative guests from abroad gave the opportunity to thoroughly discuss the topic and outline its opponents. Struggle in discussion allows the truth to be revealed.
The fundamental goal of the conference was to draw conclusion from the past year to answer the following questions: "What has been done?" and "What needs to be done?" in the area of interconfessional relations and communication with the state and society.
